Welcome to person to person counselling
Often the experience of being truly heard is missing from our lives so feeling listened to and understood can, in turn, help bring about deeper personal understanding and self-acceptance. At person to person our focus is to work non-judgementally, in partnership with you as a whole person, valuing your uniqueness and not seeing you as a set of problems. We provide a safe, confidential, and empathic environment allowing the space for you to explore and create positive change for yourself, working towards increased self-fulfilment.
We offer one to one counselling for adults experiencing a wide range of issues. Sessions are available through self-referral or employee support programmes and in more than one language. We also offer therapy and supervision to counselling students.
